Herbal Medicine
Herbal medicine is a central component of my naturopathic work. Medicinal plants have accompanied human beings for centuries and can gently support the body in its regulatory and self-healing processes.
I work situationally with different forms of herbal medicine and select them individually according to the issue at hand, constitutional factors and the current life situation. The focus is not on a single plant, but on the interaction between the person, the plant and the present strain.
In my practice, methods such as phytotherapy, aromatherapy, spagyric remedies and gemmotherapy are used. These approaches allow for a differentiated and finely tuned form of support that is generally well tolerated and easy to integrate into everyday life.
The selection of plants is carried out carefully and always in personal consultation. It is important to me that herbal support is meaningful, comprehensible and suitable for daily use. Individually prepared blends are professionally produced by a Natura Drogerie and delivered directly to your home.
Herbal medicine can be combined very well with other naturopathic methods, such as dietary measures, detoxifying approaches or therapeutic massages. In this way, a holistic form of care is created that takes the body, rhythm and life situation into equal consideration.
