Manual Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is a gentle manual therapy aimed at stimulating lymph flow and relieving tissue congestion. It has a decongestive, calming and regulating effect and supports the body’s natural elimination and regulatory processes. This treatment is particularly suitable for swelling, tension and stress-related complaints.
Depending on individual needs, the treatment can be carried out as a partial or full-body session. The techniques are light, rhythmic and superficial; pressure is intentionally very gentle.
